What can we say about Welcomex and especially Ana Morales – simply Superb! Ana was friendly, professional, efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable in all things Mexican.
As complicated as this relocation may have been, Ana saw to it that every item was done with care and efficiency, leaving very little stress for us. Ana is fluent in English and Spanish, so all steps were explained thoroughly with minimal confusion and disruption, especially when dealing with the legalities such as setting up visas, licences, accommodation, motor vehicles and bank accounts. Ana also has a very large network of contacts, so the services and options you receive are well researched and negotiated on your behalf at a very reasonable price. The provided services certainly exceeded our expectations!

I came to México for work and I can say it has been one of the hardest chanllenges in my life. México is the more bureaucratic and unaccountable country I´ve ever been to, and I´ve been to quite a few. ¿Tramitan visas?
Sí eres una empresa recultando o mudando a tu personal podemos incluir el permiso de trabajo a nuestro plan de servicios. Sin embargo, no ofrecemos el trámite de visas para personas independientes que desean mudarse a México, ni para extranjeros que actualmente viven en el país y buscan regularizar su situación migratoria.
¿Qué incluye el servicio de housing?
El servicio de housing incluye la búsqueda de vivienda de acuerdo a las necesidades el cliente con base en su presupuesto. Welcomex se hace responsable de la traducción de contratos, papeleo y comunicación entre el arrendador y el arrendatario. Una vez concluido el contrato de renta, nuestro equipo maneja los contratos de agua, gas, luz y otros servicios como internet y telefonía a nombre del arrendatario. Además, nuestro equipo supervisa la limpieza y que el nuevo hogar cuente con las cosas básicas para que la llegada sea lo más cómoda posible (agua para beber, papel higiénico e incluso y sobre pedido: ropa de cama, decoración y víveres).
En ningún caso Welcomex es responsable de la prestación de los servicios contratados ni del pago de los mismos.
¿Qué incluye el servicio de Family Accomodation?
Existen varios paquetes de servicios de family accomodation, estos incluyen desde la búsqueda de colegios que reciben extranjeros, hasta agendar las citas para inscripción de los alumnos y realizar los trámites necesarios para la admisión. Nuestro equipo también puede encargarse de encontrar actividades deportivas, culturales o sociales de toda la familia bajo pedido. En ningún caso Welcomex se hace responsable ni garantiza la admisión a los colegio ni actividades.
¿Qué incluye el servicio de City?
Este servicio incluye la asesoría y el acompañamiento en el conocimiento de la nueva zona de vida. Nuestro equipo sirve como guía de los servicios más relevantes de la zona en la que se ubican: mercados, hospitales, colegios, iglesias o centros de culto, sitios de interés y más acompañados de útiles consejos para disfrutar la ciudad.
¿Welcomex ofrece trabajo para extranjeros?
No. Nuestros servicios se enfocan principalmente en empresas que requieren traen personal de otros países a sus oficinas o plantas en Guadalajara, de ninguna manera somos responsables de la contratación de personal por parte de las empresas.
¿Sólo atienden empresas?
Nuestro servicio principal se enfoca en empresas, sin embargo hemos atendido a extranjeros que quieren cubrir todo lo relativo a su llegada a México de forma independiente a la empresa en la que colaboran.
